PRODUCTION COMMENCEMENT

Production and dispatch timelines commence only after all three of the following are received:

  • Receipt of 50% advance payment
  • Final artwork approval by the customer
  • Receipt of all required artwork files and specifications

The balance payment must be received before dispatch. Transportation charges are extra unless specifically agreed in writing.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

  • Standard production lead time for customised products is approximately 20 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Artwork must be supplied in CorelDRAW (CDR) format with CMYK colour codes.
  • Rathod Packaging is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from artwork files supplied by the customer.
  • Any artwork creation, design modification, file correction, or design development may be charged separately.

COLOUR & QUANTITY VARIATION

  • Colour variation of approximately ±5% to ±10% between approved artwork, digital proofs, and final printed products is considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
  • Quantity variation may occur due to manufacturing processes. Customers will be billed based on actual quantity produced and supplied.
