MANUFACTURING DEFECTS – REPLACEMENT

If a product is received in a damaged condition attributable to a manufacturing defect, Rathod Packaging will arrange a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost. The following conditions apply:

  • The claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and/or videos clearly evidencing the manufacturing defect.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Replacement will be processed only after the returned goods are received, inspected, and verified at our warehouse.
  • No replacement or credit shall be provided for products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper storage.

SHIPPING DAMAGE – CERTIFICATE OF FACT (COF) VIA DELHIVERY

For goods damaged in transit, a Certificate of Fact (COF) will be provided by our logistics partner, Delhivery. Please note:

  • Shipping damage claims are handled directly through Delhivery’s COF process. Rathod Packaging will assist in facilitating the COF issuance.
  • Damage must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours, with photographs of the outer packaging and affected products.
  • Rathod Packaging’s liability for goods damaged in transit is limited to facilitating the COF and logistics claim; settlement is subject to Delhivery’s claims policy.
  • Orders shipped through any logistics partner other than Delhivery are not covered under this COF provision.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS SUPPLIED

  • If incorrect products are supplied by Rathod Packaging, the matter must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
  • Rathod Packaging will arrange replacement or refund of the incorrect items at its discretion.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after returned goods are received, inspected, and verified at our warehouse.
  • No refund or credit shall be provided for products that have been used, altered, partially consumed, or damaged due to customer handling.

⚠️ Customised or printed products are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced. No exceptions.
